Vacation rentals with a patio in Picardy

Maurice and the team really are amazing hosts. The place was clean, and it provides comfort while you are away from home, and it's very close to everything. I would recommend this unit to everyone. It will make your vacation wonderful.

Super place right in the center of Épernay. Clean, comfortable and with everything needed for a short stay. The secure underground parking was a nice bonus. Very helpful host!

One of my favourite Air BnBs ! Such a beautiful place with plenty of room for all of us. We felt incredibly comfortable. Its well located with shops and restaurants within close proximity as well as public transport. Communication was excellent from the point of booking and the place was very clean. Merci hosts!

Antoine’s place was perfectly for our trip. It was located near the metro station. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and bars around the apartment. The double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I really liked that the toilet was separate from the shower. Neighborhood was safe and the other tenants were quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay at this adorable airbandb would highly recommend - we used it as a base to visit the eiffel tower and lourve (longer journey via bus, train and metro took about 1.5 hours in total I think but did it with my 4 and 10 year old they loved it!). Also visited disneyland paris for 3 days and was perfect. Beautiful french village, perfect for our quieter days out of Disney to relax and soak up the local area! Adorable kids playground around the corner, bar, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, everything we needed on our doorstep. Perfect base for disney too bustop round the corner which we used some days but honestly it was a similar price in a uber so we used taxis sometimes too depending on how busy the bus was. It's around 7 minutes maybe in a car to Disney. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, the terrace was super cute and the shower was great. It was also very private and quiet couldn't have asked for more the price thank you so much.

Small and cozy apartment, very well arranged. The terrace is a great place to enjoy a wine after long walks in Paris. Eduardo responds quickly and is very friendly. Highly recommended!!!!

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

A beautiful home, even more beautiful than the pictures , huge spaces. Rooms with real comfortable mattress beds, several bathrooms and toilets very convenient for large groups . The house is surrounded by a beautiful huge park. If you love horses you will see beautiful ones 🤩 everything was perfect we are delighted with our weekend with friends. I also thank Jason and Arnaud for their kindness and friendliness, and for taking the time to welcome us and show us around. Very available as well as Sandrine for our exchanges . The apartment fully met the description: spacious, neat and equipped with all comforts. Communication went very smoothly and we were even allowed to use the garage a little earlier, a nice extra! The location is really great: super central and everything is easily accessible on foot. Ideal if you want to explore the city without relying on transportation. The only minor point was the neighborhood, which could sometimes be a bit noisy in the evenings and at night. We were out with three girls and felt a little less comfortable in the dark at times. But apart from that: a pleasant stay with everything you need!

Beautiful large character house with 2 lounges, excellent kitchen, modern bathrooms. Great garden with views across the valley. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Great for our big family. Too bad there's not a bathroom in the living area: you have to go to a bedroom. Also, it's a 20min drive to go shopping. We went beginning October and it rained practically every day.

A lovely family weekend… a good garden for the children to run about and we were able to BBQ and eat outside which was very atmospheric….. Indoor cooking and dining facilities were also good. Bed linen was clean and fresh and the beds comfortable. Sylvie was very supportive and helpful when I had the mishap of locking my car keys in my boot ….. ! The parking facilities were good and off the road which was certainly an advantage. I would recommend the property for a family getaway! Thank you!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Very happy with our stay. The city center is 10/15 minutes walk. Car parking is narrow but with a SEAT Leon doable. Also the host are very helpfull. Thanks!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
