Vacation rentals with a patio in Picardy

Very nice place to stay for a family trip to Paris. Bakery and supermarket around the corner, so we could start the day well. Well-equipped kitchen, cooking would be quite possible, but we did not use it. Stove, large fridge, freezer, oven. For breakfast, we only enjoyed delicious coffee from the available capsule coffee machine.

Our holiday was wonderful! We recommend it!

Very happy with my stay in this super sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very conveniently located. The bedroom overlooks the yard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to returning in the coming months.

Our stay went very well. Valerie was attentive to our requests: coffee, oil, vinegar available. She was attentive during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. She gave us restaurant and safety tips. We were able to reach her. We recommend her as a host.

We really enjoyed the accommodation. Thomas was very friendly. The house was clean and bright, and we had a great time.

Great place to stay near metro stops and many nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Nasrin was very responsive to questions and made check in easy.

We traveled to Paris with our 8 month old and Faustine's place was perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with all of the amenities we needed. A short walk to the metro. Faustine was very responsive with any suggestions and accommodating, we will definitely look her up when we come back to the city.

Clear instructions from Clare led to an easy check in and there began a very relaxing short stay for our extended family. The house was well equipped and spacious with everything in working order. The highlights were walks across the beautiful sands with the kids and our dog. Would revisit.

New, very clean, tastefully decorated home. Located close to restaurants and supermarkets, bakery. Spa at the top, the best we've used on Airbnb, very hot. Rooftop terrace great also with sun loungers and dining table. Very responsive hosts. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

We are delighted with our stay at Isabelle and Christophe's! The accommodation was within walking distance of the beach. We went there with two small children and everything was done to make them feel comfortable (games, crib in a separate room). A bakery was available within walking distance of the accommodation. Clean accommodation, comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect as always. Clean apartment that smells good on arrival, it's nice. Very nice countryside setting close to Paris and Disneyland. Comfortable apartment Lovely host, I would highly recommend it if you want to spend a stay in the Paris countryside ++

We stayed with Maxime in LaLouviere and we enjoyed it very much. The house is great and the hot tub is great. Everything you need is there and the place is great. You definitely have to visit the ship lift there - a great experience. Communication with the hosts was great. We recommend the accommodation.

Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two children. All city shops are 500 m away, several supermarkets are within 2 km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Brionne road is not a problem at night, maybe on weekdays the traffic is heavier in the evening and in the morning. As it is an old house, the staircase that goes upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big suitcase.

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

We spent 6 days in this place. It's a great apartment, in a very quiet private residence. Waking up in the morning was done to the sound of birds. The apartment is very nice, the bedding is great. The only negative point would be that there is almost no pressure in the bathroom, but that would be nitpicking! It is close to the metro, there is a super bakery a 5-minute walk away. In short, if we were to return to Paris, we would not hesitate for a single minute to rebook this place.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at Clare’s house. Ideally located in Sandgate so great for walking, cycling and of course the beach which is less than 2 minutes away. Clare gave great recommendations on places to eat in Sandgate, we ended up having The Fat Raj twice as we enjoyed it so much. The house is as described and has everything required for a comfortable stay. Clare is very responsive to messages and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Highly recommended for an affordable family stay in Paris. We had a perfect weekend - Cveta was the perfect host - excellent communication and met us at the start and end of our stay. This is AirBnB as originally conceived - staying in somebodies appartement that is lived by a family in when not being rented out.

Enjoyed the stay at Manuella’s. An amazing apartment that is fully equipped. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!
