Only a 20 min drive west to Morro Bay, south to SLO and north to Paso. Close to hwy 101 for easy access. An elementary school sits across the street so you may hear an occasional bell. Plenty of natural light with french doors that open to the private patio. Downstairs there is room for lounging, watching movies and dining.
