Everything in the unit is brand new - from the floors and appliances to the furnishings and linens. This unit is also on the ground floor and requires no stairs! SMALL PET (30 lbs or less) ONLY.

My place is close to Cal Poly, beaches nightlife, public transport, downtown San Luis Obispo, hiking trails . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Just so you are aware THIS IS MY PRIVATE HOME. THERE WILL BE CLOTHES IN THE DRAWERS AND HANGING IN THE CLOSET. There will be plenty of room for your things to hang and put in a drawer. I will leave the residence during your time here.
