Vacation rentals with breakfast in Paso Robles

Great location just blocks from the bay, shops, and restaurants. The house couldn't be cuter. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and clean. The backyard is adorable. The kitchen was well-stocked and made cooking meals a pleasure. All appliances are full-sized. Sara left us a dozen home-raised eggs along with a jar of homemade strawberry jam and some English muffins, making breakfast an extra special treat. My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

Carrie's place was perfect for my first visit to the area! The room was spotless and comfortable, a great home base in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet just 5-10 minutes by car to downtown Paso Robles. Carrie is a very positive and accommodating host who provided excellent communication!

This place is so cute, clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. The pastries from Back Porch Bakery were a very nice treat. The hosts are wonderful and accommodated our special requests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Barbra & Dan made me and my family feel right at home. We had our wedding on site and stayed in the cottage both Friday night and Saturday night. Barbara was always there if we needed her and brought us extra supplies. There is too much to say about Barbra & Dan. My husband and I are over the moon pleased with how well they made our weekend go. They accommodated my family of six and our wedding party. The grounds were immaculate. We are planning on returning for future family events. We feel like we’re part of the “Hartley Family” now. I highly recommend the cottage and site for anyone looking for beautiful scenery, peace, and of course lots of love!!

Great stay! We had a party of 7 and it worked out perfectly. Courtyard is beautiful and peaceful. We loved the lights at night! House was spacious, beds were comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Guesthouse was wonderful. Matthew was fantastic, clear communication and quick response when we needed a few extra minutes to check out. Location was wonderful, would recommend this property.

Jody's place is perfect. Very peaceful and pleasant. Jody is very friendly and helpful. She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place. Even left us a plate of brownies to enjoy. Only wish we could've stayed longer. We'll definitely be looking forward to visiting sometime again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! This home gave our family something we didn’t realize we were missing —connection. We haven’t felt this close in years. The “no electronics after 9” rule was actually a gift (yes, even for our 26-year-old!). We played board games like Sorry! and laughed more than we have in a long time. The kids' room was perfect for our 10-year-old—bigger than the photos show, with super comfy twin beds. Each bedroom felt like a hotel setup with its own closet, and the bathrooms were spotless. You can tell the cleaners take pride in their work. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels, and the AC worked perfectly. Internet was solid, and the amenities provided made everything easy and comfortable. We felt safe and at home the entire time. This place struck the perfect balance between comfort, technology, and intentional rest. We already rebooked with the same host for our trip home. That should tell you everything. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about this charming mid-century treasure. Colorful and intriguingly decorated. Clean, quiet and relaxing (hammock on deck; cornhole set up in yard). Yard full of succulents and flowers. Deer and quail seen about area. One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve seen in AirBnBs. Comfy beds. Easy to communicate with Clair. Excellent instructions everywhere. This property invites you to enjoy it!
