“Martha’s spot was really lovely and close to the beach. She left some waters and drinks in the fridge and coffee for you to make, which was something that was unexpected but very much appreciated. She was really on time with her responses and even will provide a phone number for you to text for even faster and direct answers to your questions.”

“Staying at Dave’s place was great! Apartment was sparkling clean, great location close to downtown walking distance to many nice local restaurants. Easy safe parking, gates to the garage closed so only residents can access the main parking area for the night. Would stay again in the future.”

“I stayed for 2 week for a 'staycation' and really enjoyed it! Cute space, very comfortable for 1-2 people. SO close to the beach, awesome to get up every morning and take a nice long walk on the beach. Some things you should do: go one tiny block down and get a burger from Pocket Burger (#83 on the list of 100 best burgers in the US!); walk 15 minutes to Sea Legs and hang out on lounge chairs and have a good $6 glass of wine (music on the weekends gets a little intense); go to the Secret Spot and enjoy the chicken curry and blackberry chicken salad; DEFINITELY go a few miles down and walk around Seal Beach (Lyft/Uber, so much easier than dealing with parking!) You are a stones throw from PCH, so as another reviewer says, you will hear street noise. I travel a lot and ALWAYS wear earplugs because, well, there is noise in the world! So bring 'em, was not a problem for me. Parking on the weekends when there is good weather can get dicey with everyone going to the beach, but during the week no problem. Hosts are so great and very responsive! I dealt mostly with Carol. On 2 occasions Airbnber's upstairs were having too much fun and the noise was super disruptive. I did let hosts know and they handled ASAP. This is not a party house and they take the guests comfort very seriously. Carol was just awesome to deal with!! Love her! I would definitely come back.”
