This studio apt. is on the lower level of a triplex unit that is less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond.
