There is a beautiful new remolded kitchen with mini dishwasher & full bath with a soaking tub. The entire unit has soft water! The guesthouse is artfully decorated and is a quiet serene space. It’s located 1 mile from Baywood Park. 8 miles from Montaña de Oro State Park-ample hiking and walking options against a beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Eucalyptus trees. 10 minute drive to Morro Bay, the ocean and you can see seals and otters. 15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. 25 minute drive to Edna Valley or 45 mins north to Paso Robles vineyards and wine tasting.
