Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

Our team had a great stay at this house. Joep was a great host and the house was very nice, we would recommend this home to anyone. We are definitely going to consider renting it if our team travels to Friant again.

We absolutely LOVED this place & will definitely book again. Directions were right on point. The views were amazing, mother nature surrounded us and it was so relaxing. Comfy beds & the kitchen views made cooking and spending time in the kitchen all that much more fun. We brought our cornhole set up but Henry's 49er cornhole boards were in the back! Had coffee out in the back every morning to catch the beautiful sunrise over the lake and mountains. Can't say enough great things about this place. Grazie, grazie for sharing your beautiful home with us! Until our next visit...ciao ciao

This was a great situation for a multigenerational and multifamily gathering. The place offers two whole houses two kitchens and many living situations so it was great for us Important to know there is nothing in this kitchen to cook with except salt and pepper and capsules of coffee. There are pots pans, cookie sheets, etc. not a huge assortment and zero measuring cups spoons, etc. in case you wanna bake, but it’s not that kind of house The path to the dunes beach area is literally right outside the door, which was wonderful. Highly recommend.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

We went up with a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children. The home was incredibly clean, location was easy to find, check in and out was very simple and easy. The neighborhood is incredibly clean, quiet, and relaxing. Brooke was incredibly nice and responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back.

Airy artsy cabin in woods, perfect locale for a ladies weekend. Large windows make it feel like your one with the outside world. Close to all the beauty and cuteness that the Russian river valley has to offer.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful views, games room, hot tub and comfortable beds were all highlights that we looked forward to returning too after local adventures on the river and Sequoia Nat’l Park. Great location less than 10 mins drive to town where we enjoyed great food and a variety of options. Small issue of a clogged water filter which was promptly resolved and good communication throughout our stay. The pics of the house do make it appear perhaps slightly more modern than it is but we didn’t have a single complaint about the house and its fantastic amenities!

Great location with tons of space and amenities with a nice view as a plus. The host was extremely helpful, quick to answer questions and willing to accommodate requests. Would definitely recommend.

House was perfect for gathering family and friends for wedding. Plenty of space to spread out. We had two brides get ready on wedding day and next day family brunch. The house was perfect for all of our needs. Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms for large group. Extra beds for added family - we had 12 people with still room for more. Long driveway for several cars. Beautiful old house that has been nicely remodeled. Convenient location to anywhere in Oakland and easy uber to close by Bart and restaurants.

This is our 2nd time at this Airbnb. We took my husband’s family here for our very first family vacation and they had a blast. House is very spacious and has lots of space to sleep. We utilized the provided paddle boards and kayaks. Everyone had a good time! We were able to bring our to doggos with us. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place. The hosts are always quick and very responsive.

The house is as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. It's in a great location with a beautiful view from the backyard. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. We especially loved the game room, which is bright and filled with fun activities. The host was very communicative—we received quick responses within minutes whenever we needed anything. I would recommend this house to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A couple of small observations: Since we visited during a rainy and cloudy period, we weren’t able to turn on the outdoor light at BBQ area at night. It was solar-powered and should be automated, but we didn't manage to turn on. Also, finding the entrance road to the property area at night was a bit of an adventure—it can be a little confusing at first. But once you find the right path, it’s worth it!

Definitely five star quality of decor and architecture..Qian was super accommodating, absolutely amazing - so kind, and friendly. And the bed was super comfortable and atmosphere was very tranquil. We felt like we were in Tuscany. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Qian :)

I rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was such a beautiful, well sized space. The views were gorgeous and the accommodations were unique and perfect for what we needed. Overall such an amazing stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Very clean and all the sheets and towels still smelled like detergent. They had new appliances and the hot tub was on and ready to use. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Sneha was a terrific host. We had questions and a few needs at checkin that were answered promptly and effectively.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The location was fantastic -- private, peaceful, and beautiful, while also being a close driving distance to Geyserville and Healdsburg and all the wonderful wineries in the area. The master bedroom is huge, open, bright, and surrounded in windows and decks with gorgeous views -- looking down at the pool area, and out to the woods. We paid extra money to heat the pool, but unfortunately, even though the day was pleasant (72 degrees and sunny), the pool was shaded by the trees, so we didn't spend much time in the pool. But on a hot, sunny day, the pool would be a wonderful way to cool off. It's smaller than anticipated, but perfect for dipping and floating. We enjoyed the hot tub. We comfortably sat all eleven of us around the dining room table off the kitchen. It was fun to be able to share a meal together. The living room is split levels, with a pool table on the upper level and the couches on the lower level.

Jessica is very clear and helpful. She responds to questions relatively quickly, and the house was clean. The house rules are straightforward and easy to follow.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful property. Our kids loved the swing set, the yard, watching deer and listening to frogs, and all the toys and games inside. The adults in our party enjoyed the gorgeous scenery and spacious clean property.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.

Our group had the best time staying here. It had everything we needed and the surroundings were so peaceful. It was exactly what we hoped for out of a weekend getaway in Sonoma. Janelle was also very responsive when we had questions. We hope to stay here again in future!
