We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Fun is all around this condo!! Ski Resorts, Beaches, Restaurants, Stateline, Heavenly Village are all close! Our Mt. Modern condo is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the lake. We take pride in our newly remodeled condo! Perfect for up to six people w/a king size bed in the master and two full size bunk beds in 2nd room. We are close to great restaurants, 3 miles to Heavenly & 4 miles to the casinos and Heavenly Village! Walk to the lake right from our place!

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.
