Beautiful home that had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Home was extremely clean with access right to lake from backyard. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

My family and I stayed at Kim’s place for several nights, and it rained almost every day, but the airbnb was so clean, organized, and comfortable that we fully enjoyed staying in each night, playing games and cooking food. It feels very spacious in the main shared living room/kitchen area, so everyone can spread out. We also brought 2 family dogs, who felt right at home too. The location of this Airbnb is great too because it’s only about a 30-minute drive to both the Bodega Bay Area on the coast and the Santa Rosa wine country area. Highly recommend this airbnb, and would come back again!

Great place to stay. It was quiet and lots of wild life right outside your window. Also great star gazing at night and awesome view from the back deck. Water was always hot and abundant.

Host provided great instructions for entering their property which included a couple options on how to get inside the property. Loved the fact that the flooring was hardwood which adds to the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all the normal utensils, plates, glasses etc. The quality of items was better than many places you might rent. For example, the knifes actually can be used to cut meat! One item that stood out to us was the quality of the water in the home. We have stayed in properties at Clearlake that advises you not to drink the water coming out of the faucets. Lastly, we appreciated the communication whereby they let you know that if you have any concerns they are there to help. We did not have any problems but it was nice to know that they made the offer even though we did not have anything to complain about. We, my group of 4 women, a weekend retreat, were relaxed and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals and found most things we needed. (We always bring things we don't expect a basic kitchen to have.) For basic cooking it was well stocked and with coffee, spices too. Shopping was just a few minutes away and restaurants also. A great place and we would stay again. Thank you Madison.

We stayed at Rascal’s Flat for four days to celebrate our birthdays, just my wife and I. However it is equipped for people with dogs and children. Make sure your first time at the property is during the day! The road up is not that long but twisty and narrow. We absolutely loved it and had a wonderful stay! Would go back again!

This place is a phenomenal find! I hadn't been to Manila in about 15 years but it's a very special area. The community park, Bay views are truly amazing. Katy was the best to talk to including being so helpful to get the heater battery replaced. The space is stylish, comfortable, has everything you need and could ask for and feel right at home. I could move in next week. I can't wait to return a couple times a year to explore more and more of the area. Very quiet, safe and peaceful location. A binder full of local recommendations, cookbooks to make food there, perfect location for both Arcata and Eureka. My birthday trip was excellent due to being able to stay here.

Is it fancy? No. But it is reasonably priced, in a convenient location, has a great hot tub, and a wonderful host.

My cousins and I stayed at this place recently and it exceeded all our expectations! It was very peaceful and cozy. We would recommend this place to anyone else thinking about staying here!!

What an amazing place ! We really loved our stay here ! Great location , super clean , comfortable beds , amazing views & right on the river, this place is a true gem & we can’t wait to return . Everything was clear & easy to access , we loved its proximity to both Guenerville & Duncan Mills for fun little day trips along with the convenience of nearby eateries & a market .

Really peaceful and at the same time very well located close to Mount Shasta supermarket and various places you can eat. Kitchen spotless, really well stocked which was great on Christmas day - our son made pancakes for us in the morning :) Recommend and will definitely book again.

Great relaxing home. The beds are comfortable and the interior is well appointed. Location is right on the river and has a great view of the redwoods and the river. Home is a bit older and kitchen supplies (knives and such) are a bit run down but nothing major to complain about. All in all a great stay and nice property.

Beautiful, peaceful and lovely stay. This was a fantastic place and one of the best Airbnb stays in my experience. Paulette is a friendly host and has included so many extras in her rental. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need and she has stocked the bathrooms with many extras. The location is beautiful with decks and windows that view the lake. The completely fenced back yard with the private beach really was beautiful and relaxing. We could let our dogs run free and they loved it. There are California buckeye trees there so I picked up the fruit that had dropped so my dog wouldn't chew them. There is a nice pergola on the beach so we could sit in the shade while the dogs played. Do try the Crestview walk listed in the binder. We drove to the dirt road, parked and had a really nice dog walk. We also walked the Redbud trail off of Hwy 20 which was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

We did a mini staycation for Spring Break and had a very relaxing time! We didn’t need to go anywhere after we bought groceries. This place has everything! Hot tub, fire pits, tons of board games, arcade! My 2 boys, 15 and 11 had a blast and my husband and I got to take it all in and relax as well. Highly recommend!! I had some questions here and there and Misti would answer them lickity split! Awesome host!

This river cottage was amazing! Quintessential Sonoma county living. We had a great time relaxing by the river and enjoying all healdsburg has to offer. The house was well appointed, all of the furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was great for working remote. We wished the windows upstairs had real screens, but the curtains helped let us get some air in at night. Hope to visit again soon!

Very nice and accommodating host.

First impression opening door to cabin-WOW! I wanted a quiet place among the trees and that’s exactly what it is. Sandy and Lynne were so friendly and accommodating, they make you feel like a welcomed neighbor. Tree views out of every window. Smell of forest overwhelmed my senses, host’s loving huggable dogs were a bonus, even walking grounds smelling burning wood was wonderful. Didn’t do any trails but maybe next time because this place beckons me to return.

Laura was an incredible host. She responded promptly to texts and calls with the many questions I had. She was always very helpfull, very pleasant and accommodating. We were delighted with our stay.
