The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance. This ground floor unit has 1 spacious bedroom and 2 bathrooms in addition to a large, open kitchen-dining-living room area. We work hard to keep the unit clean and the modern design and white finishes show that. All linens and towels are white and bleached between uses.
