It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.

There are many historical and cultural sites to visit in the area. The challenge we set ourselves was to combine charm and functionality in a place designed with the aim of reuse and recovery.
