Warm traditional wooden chalet located in the heart of Morvan and 200 m from Lac des Settons. You have an enclosed garden with a covered terrace and parking space. A bright, friendly living room with 2 bay windows, a kitchen open to the living room, the sleeping area includes a beautiful isolated bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) on the ground floor and another with a pull-out bed or 2 single beds (90 x 190) on the mezzanine. Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
