Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

LA PASTOURELLE BY THE LAKE – FISHING AND NATURE IN A WILD AND EXCLUSIVE SETTING Experience the charm of La Pastourelle; its attention to detail, along with the peace and beauty of this wild, protected and private location, offers total relaxation. The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house, its sunbathed terrace, faces its own lake and sits within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation, take the time to enjoy your breakfast with the largest lake in Morvan as a show and the birdsong as a soundtrack! 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8, all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine (laundry room), coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, fireplace insert, canoes Our animal friends are welcome, but if you come without them, you may have the chance to see the squirrels pass through the garden.
