A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Located on the ground floor of Château de Mimont, perched on the hillside, we offer you a unique apartment (with its own private entrance) boasting exceptional views, all set within a wooded park with rare tree species and a forest spanning several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Maison Henri[ette] This is the story of memories, family celebrations, and vacations. I bought the house of my grandparents Henri and Henriette, in Léré in the Cher department. I got the idea to make it a friendly place to live. The @maison_henri_ette is born and available for rent. You will find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets on site. Guests can enjoy 2 kitchens, a friendly living room and a dining room, not to mention a beautiful backyard.

An 18th-century mill with a mill race on the banks of the Aron, in a green setting at the edge of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Fully enclosed property, pool (heated in summer). We provide our house with all the amenities and elements that make it up inside and outside (BBQ, sunbathing, ping-pong table, petanque balls, etc.) Ideal for a stay with family or friends. A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

Le Bas de Riousse

Between Nevers and Moulins, 120 m2 cottage in the countryside, in the heart of Bourbonnais Nivernais, our house is located in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked or semi-detached. Lots of peace and quiet. Please note: the nearest shops are 2 km away. Many activities nearby: museum tours, vineyards, gardens, walks, canoeing, thermal baths, casino, etc.

The Foreman's House

The Domaine des Carriers is a former limestone quarry whose old houses and outbuildings have been renovated into charming gîtes and guest rooms. This space, a true haven of peace and history, is located 5 minutes by car from Clamecy, 46 minutes from Auxerre and 2h35 from Paris. INFORMATION: There are dogs running loose on the estate.
