Our guest accommodation is an independent studio (36m2) in a recently renovated old farm building, with a bathroom (shower/WC/basin), an equipped kitchen area, Smart TV, free wifi, large double bed which can be converted for daytime usage. Copious continental breakfast included. Outside there's a 16m2 balcony and a private garden next to a stream. Help yourself to organic salads etc, from the raised-bed vegetable garden. A charming, authentic and peaceful location in the heart of the Morvan.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

A quiet little haven 400m from Nevers city center. Eric is happy to give good tips or exit tips. The kitchen is large, well equipped and bright (by the way, the whole house is quite bright), having access to the terrace and the garden is friendly as soon as the weather is in the game. We can even occasionally interact with Eric's 2 chickens. In total a nice place to stay a few days or weeks in Nevers.

Josiane welcomed us with great kindness and interpersonal skills. She was considerate and friendly in our exchanges and told us a restaurant and a musical bar, where we had a great evening. The room was nice and well heated, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and very full. We then had the opportunity to connect with our host who told us the history of the area, which she knows by heart. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Laetitia and her nice little family are smiling, enjoyable and attentive hosts. Excellent communication. Warm welcome. Description and photos match. Very nice place, a haven of peace! Family atmosphere, there is no fuss, simplicity reigns pleasantly. They are not catering professionals but the service provided to allow us to dine on site is a plus! (hearty, fresh, regional, sought after, simply delicious). Breakfast, bedding, top cleanliness. Clear access instructions but nearby work takes a detour by communal road. Use (app) Waze useful to find the location. Upon arrival, there is no indication to know where to park but if you do not hinder the passage, we can store in front. Observation of colossal care and effort to keep and always improve this fabulous building. Congrats! We highly recommend and will be happy to come back. Happy hosting ♡♡♡
