Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Charming house nestled in the heart of the countryside

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Village in the heart of Morvan, about 2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon and in the middle of 3 beautiful Morvan lakes. A 10-minute walk to the center of the village, the house is completely independent and not overlooked. It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 ha of land, a pond (very often dry), and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults; it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Independent house, fully renovated, fiber, baby equipment. Garden with dining area, barbecue, free spa access, enclosed garden, private parking. 100 meters from the canal and the Yonne. Ideal for walking or cycling, 15 km from Vézelay near the Morvan Park with its large lakes and Saint-Fargeau, Guedelon, Tannay vineyard. 7 km from Clamecy, medieval city, marina, all shops, bakery, grocery store 3 km away.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

5-star rated, 270 m² house for 14 people, completely renovated, 2000 m² enclosed park with jacuzzi. 9 km from Vézelay, at the gates of Morvan Regional Natural Park. Composed of 5 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a double living room with fireplace with functional hearth, 4 bathrooms and a gym. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

Charming mill in Burgundy – near Vezelay

Located on the banks of the river, on a charming 1.5 ha property, our mill is an ideal place to spend wonderful moments with friends and family. Ideally located to explore Burgundy (18 km Vézelay), stroll along the Nivernais canal, swim at the foot of the mill, go canoeing, cycling... the possibilities are endless. The Mill has 16 beds (in 2 houses: the Mill and a cottage).
