The cottage is cozy, charming, authentic, very pleasant with lots of convenient details. Marie-Hélène's welcome is warm. She is discreet but always availability. If you are looking for silence and tranquility in nature... recommended!

We were 6 friends who came to celebrate a birthday🥳. The idea was to visit the area and hang out together. The place is ideal to meet quietly, immersed in nature. The accommodation is really extremely well designed, very clean and very well equipped. The hosts are very pleasant and available. Our only regret: the weather!!! You'll have to come back!

The location is centrally located within walking distance of bakery, restaurants and a small supermarket. Parking is also within walking distance. Coffee, tea and chocolate milk were provided in the room. Also, there was a bottle of water and 2 cans of coke in the --small- fridge. We thought that was a warm welcome! The large bed was great! Communication went smoothly. Responses came quickly and were clear. We had chosen the spacious room, but if you want to cook yourself you can choose an apartment. It's very neat. From the location we went by car to Sancerre, Gien and Nevers. On Sunday mornings there is market in the town. We are therefore happy to recommend the location.

The service was what we expected for a family New Year's Eve with kids and grandchildren. The house is clean and well-equipped for cooking. The large living room allows all to be found in comfortable armchairs and sofas. Host very friendly and available. The fireplace insert is very appreciated in winter and the covered pool is pleasant and well heated.

A very good welcome, the property is very clean, easily accessible, even if a little far on foot (but buses are available). There is free Wifi, a booklet is available with most of the services available on Nevers (store, pharmacy, etc.), possibility to have Uber-eat delivered. In short, I recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying here and there were a dozen other cyclist! It comfortable and roomy and there was a washer. Stephanie left the heater on in the drying room for everyone to dry out their clothes and rain gear, which got soaked in a thunderstorm . breakfast was awesome
