Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. Nice little house in the center of the village without vis-à-vis. Away from the road, with a large lot, your children will be able to have fun with their pets. This Morvandelle house is very simple with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant little stay in complete independence. You can enjoy nature in absolute calm. The Settons and Pannecière lakes are nearby to enjoy the pleasure of water activities or fishing.

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
