Set on a wooden deck, at the bottom of our farm and in the heart of the alpaca park, come and recharge your batteries in a place as harmonious as it is aesthetic. At night, comfortably installed in your bed, admire the fascinating spectacle of the twinkling stars, and vibrate to the sounds of nature.

Le gite de La Charme est situé à Sacquenay au cœur de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté. J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the castle of St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking. This 40 m² loft-style cottage has a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will have a private terrace and access to the entire property. Pets: cats only.
