Our family had a great weekend in Chaumusse (2 adults and 4 children). The house has been renovated with great taste and the harmony between modern and rustic created makes this place unique and a soul that has us in any case much more. It was really comfortable and spacious, no complaints, great! Our host's hospitality and recommendations were also perfect! Thank you Berna. We had snow, exactly what we needed to go skiing at the Balancer resort which is not that far away. We had a great time at La Tannière. Kristell took care of our fire all the time when we weren't there. Since it was winter, that's important. Bedding was fantastic. It was nice and clean in our accommodation. There is no light pollution. And we can see the stars at night. We enjoyed hearing the sound of nature and getting up in the morning with the animals in front. Ecological, good for the electrosensitive. Our second time here and we were able to test both homes. They're very different. Small downside: in summer we had the shower and this winter there was no shower and it was not clearly specified in the description. Nevertheless, we have a steel kettle to put on the stove and be able to wash the old-fashioned way. Kristell put in a lot of work and there are plenty of very nice little details with lots of love. And finally, she offers local products and handmade items.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Hobbit house that Eric created for Valentine's Day. Before our arrival, precise directions were sent to us, and even coming from Switzerland, we found the place very easily! The welcome was warm, the house incredible, and the walk in this unusual village entirely imagined and built by Eric completely transported us. Every corner was a real work of art to contemplate. Every detail has been carefully thought out to transport us directly into his universe. If you want to have an extraordinary experience, go for it! We stayed in Bilbo's house the Hobbit 😉 took our shower outside in the middle of the trees with only birds and nature, slept like dorms, and spent our evening in front of a fire pit..... very pleasant experience....a Google Maps tip is not necessarily your friend...go through Bruand it's safer... Laeticia is a charming and nice person who is in harmony with the site. Donkey ride possible with great kindness.
