A wonderful stay spent with friends! The accommodation and services offered fully match the listing and photos. There is even shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available, like at the hotel. I would 100% recommend this listing, especially for the heated pool which must be pleasant to use in summer and winter.

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. The house itself and especially the fantastic surroundings immediately impressed us. The view of the lake is simply unique, and the pool invites you to relax. Nicolás is a great host – attentive, helpful and very dedicated. A special highlight was the boat trip, where he showed us the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and can recommend this accommodation to anyone. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Very well equipped and very nice accommodation. Parking is available near the listing. Very quiet and pleasant village. The children's square is a few meters from the accommodation. The exteriors are very well maintained and fully enclosed. Everything is set up for real moments of relaxation. The hot tub and pool are clean. Bedding and linens are clean and of good quality. Hosts are attentive and have great tips. Thank you for your kindness.

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

Accommodation that went far beyond our expectations. We had a great weekend with friends in Thierry's home, a house with lots of charm, spacious, comfortable bedding. We had a lovely time with the family, the house is beautiful and tastefully decorated, we were 1 hour from Annecy and 45 minutes from Geneva, the location was ideal and Berry hosted us super well, I would highly recommend this house.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We’ve just had a wonderful stay at Marie Anne’s place. The home is beautiful - perfectly set up for our group and very comfortable. We loved the village too - great to have restaurants, local shops and wineries on your doorstop. Marie Anne and her brother were extremely helpful with local recommendations and information before our stay.

We had a great time at Alex's. The house was well-equipped and had everything you needed for a good time with family (outdoor games, swimming pool, jacuzzi, card game). The bedding is comfortable, the house is comfortable and the garden is very large. Thanks again for this weekend.

Very nice house, functional, well-equipped, quiet at the entrance to the village. Quentin is excellent, attentive and very responsive. Terrace area and swimming pool are great, large living space on the ground floor, in short, nice little family break. I would recommend it in a second!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay - the place was beautiful, pristinely clean and the pool and hot tub were great. We instantly felt so happy and relaxed when we got there (even with two small children!). My husband, children and I all thought it was absolutely perfect and we would love to stay again. We had a great evening and night at Elodie's family home. Great welcome, warm, the house is clean, very nice, spacious and well-equipped, faithful to the descriptions. We felt very good there. Too bad the heating couldn't be turned on because of the night temperatures despite the heat during the day, the chilliest people couldn't enjoy it. But it didn't spoil the wonderful evening we were able to spend with friends in the house, which is very beautiful. I would recommend it without hesitation!

The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste and enjoying a large well-maintained garden that made our daughters delighted! We were able to do a lot of activities with the kids around.
