Hiking, equestrian, or mountain biking trails pass in front of the house. The lakes and sites to visit are all very close, accessible on foot, by bicycle, or by car. The house is just 25 min from the highway A6 and on the border of a village and with a few steps you are in the forrest. Lake Saint Agnan is just 15 min, Vezelay 30 min. The house is situated next to the main building, but with it own entrance and terrace, so with plenty privacy. In the village there is a epicerie with bread, bar and restaurant. Next village has more shops.
