A unique country home has finally opened its doors! Le Logis de Courterolles is an independent apartment located on the 1st floor in the former extension of the castle. The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has an access to a spectacular 8 ha parkland where you can dine outside, enjoy botanical collection of the gardens, artworks and picturesque landscape. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.
