A 10-minute walk to the center of the village, the house is completely independent and not overlooked. It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

A unique country home has finally opened its doors! Le Logis de Courterolles is an independent apartment located on the 1st floor in the former extension of the castle. The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Our house is located in the middle of meadows and woods. Between Vezelay (7 km) and Chatel Censoir (3 km). Quiet and relaxing for a total change of scenery. Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Located in an 18th century Historic Monument, this cottage (11p max) and about 160 m2 is the guest house of an artist, and mixes decor and antique furniture with modern and contemporary works of art. The Domaine des Carriers is a former limestone quarry whose old houses and outbuildings have been renovated into charming gîtes and guest rooms. This space, a true haven of peace and history, is located 5 minutes by car from Clamecy, 46 minutes from Auxerre and 2h35 from Paris. INFORMATION: There are dogs running loose on the estate.
