If you like wide views of rolling hills in Burgundy, this is for you. Fifty kilometers of free view. We've had the neighbor farm house for twenty years+ and still can't get used to it. We (finally) finished renovating this small farm in 2023. It has a new bathroom with floor heating and a shower with a view you'll never forget. The new kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful meal, plus all the modern stuff. There are two work desks, fiber internet and a patio to stare at the sunrise.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Say goodbye to stress in this tiny house nestled in a meadow of the Morvan Natural Park and located 7 km from a beautiful lake. In a quiet hamlet, a nice little house for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, typical of the Nièvre region, ideal for relaxing, with hiking and biking opportunities, as well as fishing on site. Close to the Canal du Nivernais, the course of the 16 locks , the ponds of Baye and Vaux, with water activities and swimming. Close to the Morvan Natural Park, visit to Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Bakery 1 km away, other shops in Corbigny 10 minutes away by car.
