Le logement se situe à la campagne à l'entrée du bourg de Sauvigny-Les-Bois. Nous sommes à 5 min du château de Prye, 10 minutes de Nevers(8km) et 15 minutes du circuit F1 de Nevers/Magny-Cours. La maison de 35m2 est indépendante, elle se situe à côté de notre maison SUR LE MEME TERRAIN. Vous disposez d'une terrasse devant le logement donnant sur l'extérieur commun. Nous laissons un accès à notre jardin ( commun donc partagé avec nous) et à la piscine (en été; hors sol non chauffée)

The Moulin de St André in Morvan

Located in the heart of nature, between forest and river, the Moulin de St André is located halfway between Vézelay, Avallon, Lormes and Quarré-les-Tombes (about 15 km), in the Morvan Regional Nature Park. The owners, Fanny and Damien, their two children, as well as the animals of the Moulin (a wolfdog, two cats, chickens, sometimes a horse...), living in the adjoining house, will be delighted to share this green setting by the water with you!

The gite has its own entrance and beautiful views of "chateau Ettevaux". It is a large, cozy, high living room with original oak beams and stone walls. Our domain is 17ha large with various lovely seating areas, a large vegetable garden and you can walk right into the woods!

La Mine d'Ore

Our cozy little nest is located at the gates of the Morvan, between forest and meadows, between canals and streams, between castles and Burgundian houses, close to the beautiful medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois and the vineyards that make our region famous. The house is part of an old farmhouse built in 1787, completely renovated while keeping the old charm.
