Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Die FrankenFeWo liegt zentral im Naturpark Frankenhöhe in Neusitz, ca. 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Reichsstadt Rothenburg o. d. T. entfernt. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking.
