Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. We rent out part of our house with plenty of open space in Franconian Lake District. There is room for a whole family or several friends. We live right next door and are available for all questions. A very good inn with beer garden is about 50 meters from us. Lake Große Brombachsee is about 10 km away with a beautiful sandy beach. Baggerweiher is about 2 km away. An important change: Dogs are no longer allowed, because of the sheep!

Back in Schwäbisch Hall for the first time in five years. The location was great because you could walk to everything in no time. Restaurant, shopping and the open-air plays were just a few minutes away. Great place for a small family looking to explore the center of Schwäbisch Hall for a few days.

Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Very spacious and cheerfully furnished apartment, we were very well accommodated there with 8 people. A second 'real' bathroom with shower would have been the icing on the cake (there is a second toilet) and the sleeping accommodations are partly in the living room. Therefore, more suitable for a short trip with a large group. Check-in was flexible and all questions were answered quickly and kindly. Absolutely recommended.

We felt very comfortable from minute one. The fireplace was already on when we arrived - everything was cozy and warm. The area was also very quiet and great for nice walks. The only two points were that at one point or another dog hair from the previous guests could be found, which is probably hard to prevent in an accommodation where dogs are allowed - perhaps important for allergy sufferers to know. In addition, there is hardly any or rather no network (somewhat difficult for home office). But these are small things for us, as we really enjoyed the time out. We would come back to the loft any time.

We had a good few days in Bamberg in this very central apartment. The position is fantastic, really central! The only challenge is parking. The apartment is at three top of a pretty steep stair, which could be not so easy. The apartment was clean and it is a good spot to stay overnight if you are 3 or 4. We have a baby, and Elfi provided a bed for our son. Only thing, we had to prepare it ourselves. Anyhow, I can really recommend this apartment!
