Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Wir wohnen direkt nebenan und sind für alle Fragen zugänglich. Eine sehr gute Gastwirtschaft mit Biergarten ist ca. 50 m von uns. Der Große Brombachsee ca. 10 km mit herrlichem Sandstrand, Baggerweiher ca. 2 km. Eine wichtige Änderung: Hunde sind nicht mehr erlaubt, wegen den Schafen!

Fünf Jahren mal wieder zurück nach Schwäbisch Hall gekommen. Die Lage war super, weil man alles zu Fuß innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichen konnte. Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Freilichtspiele waren in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Eine tolle Unterkunft für eine kleine Familie, die sich für ein paar Tage das Zentrum von Schwäbisch Hall anschauen möchte.

Tolle Gastfreundschaft, sowohl aus der Ferne, als auch vor Ort. Das Häuschen ist sauber unf gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Der voll umzäunte große Naturgarten ist für Hunde ein Traum und durch die Ortsrandlage zu Feld und Weiher auch für reaktive Hunde bzw. schwierige Kandidaten mega. Der direkte Zugang vom Garten zum Feld sorgt für stressfreie Gassigänge. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sicher einmal wieder! 😊

Sehr geräumige und freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung, wir sind mit 8 Personen dort sehr gut untergekommen. Ein zweites 'richtiges' Bad mit Dusche wäre die Sahne auf der Torte gewesen (es gibt ein zweites WC) und die Schlafgelegenheiten sind teilweise im Wohnzimmer. Daher eher für einen Kurztrip mit einer großen Gruppe geeignet. Der Check in war flexibel und alle Fragen wurden wurden zügig und freundlich geklärt. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen mit insgesamt vier Zimmern/kleinen Apartments. Super sauber, schön eingerichtet, alles da, was man für einen (verlängerten) Wochenendaufenthalt braucht. Unkompliziertes Check-in via Schlüsselkasten. Kommunikation mit Carolin ist top: zuverlässig schnell. Das wird für künftige Bamberg-Ausflüge unsere allererste Adresse.

Wir haben uns von Minute eins an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kamin war bereits an als wir ankamen - alles war gemütlich und warm. Auch dir Gegend war sehr ruhig und super für schöne Gassi-Strecken. Die zwei einzigen Punkte waren, dass an der ein oder anderen Stelle Hundehaare von den Vorgängern zu finden waren, was sich vermutlich bei einer Unterkunft bei der Hunde erlaubt sind kaum verhindern lässt - vielleicht für Allergiker wichtig zu wissen. Außerdem gibt es dort kaum bzw. eher kein Netz (für Homeoffice etwas schwierig). Das sind für uns aber Kleinigkeiten, da wir die Auszeit wahnsinnig genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in das Loft kommen.

We had a good few days in Bamberg in this very central apartment. The position is fantastic, really central! The only challenge is parking. The apartment is at three top of a pretty steep stair, which could be not so easy. The apartment was clean and it is a good spot to stay overnight if you are 3 or 4. We have a baby, and Elfi provided a bed for our son. Only thing, we had to prepare it ourselves. Anyhow, I can really recommend this apartment!
