The apartment is over 80 square meters and is located right in the center of Würzburg. The main train station is 500 meters away. The shopping mile is right outside the door. All attractions can be easily reached on foot or by tram. Various clubs and pubs are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the third floor and has three bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a spacious hallway.

In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed with also 1.60 m width. The kitchen is basically equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tub, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which makes longer stays possible.
