Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

The apartment is located directly below the Marienberg fortress in the countryside. It has a terrace, free parking right outside the door and many loving details in a new building: a modern bathroom, a kitchenette including a dishwasher and cooking facilities, as well as a cozy bedroom and living room. Despite the great location, the city center is 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Public transportation and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Würzburg, also kann es auch trotz guter Isolierung mal laut werden am Wochenende. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stellen wir zur Verfügung, ebenso wie Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit aus Franken um den Aufenthalt und die Zeit schmackhaft zu machen.

Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1.60m breites Bett und im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch mit ebenfalls 1.60m Breite. Die Küche ist grundausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt neben einer geräumigen Duschwanne ebenfalls über einen Waschtrockner, wodurch auch längere Aufenthalte möglich sind.
