At the foot of the picturesque Hohenzollernburg castle in Colmberg, our lovingly furnished vacation home is nestled in a quiet residential area, right next to the deer enclosure. Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and the golf course. The 95-square-meter (1,022-square-foot) house has a comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen with dishwasher on the ground floor, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 2 double bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts, ideally located for excursions to Dinkelsbühl (about 6 km) and Rothenburg ob der Tauber (about 36 km). Located directly in nature, it offers the perfect place to unwind, relax and breathe. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (Beds: 2 × 160 × 200 cm, 1 × 180 × 200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cozy movie night.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

The Karpfenland has a lot to offer: a great cycling network right outside the front door, many excursion possibilities, sights and shopping opportunities in the surrounding cities. Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.
