Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and the golf course. The 95-square-meter (1,022-square-foot) house has a comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen with dishwasher on the ground floor, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 2 double bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Located directly in nature, it offers the perfect place to unwind, relax and breathe. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (Beds: 2 × 160 × 200 cm, 1 × 180 × 200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cozy movie night.

Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.
