Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Middle Franconia

The apartment was very nice, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was super equipped – nothing was missing. The host was very friendly and everything was explained clearly. I felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place.

It is a beautiful apartment, cozy and lots of space. Everything you need is provided. The apartment is separate from the hotel where the manager lives? Restaurants and shops nearby. Good base for trips in the region.

Peter and Monika were very warm hosts. The communication was very easy and at check-in the apartment (for long-term rent) was well explained to me. The apartment was clean and had everything your heart desires. Parking is available in front of the house. The area was great for me personally, rural and totally quiet. A farmers market is within walking distance, cafes and supermarkets by car. I would come back anytime. Thank you very much.

I was a guest of Andreas and his wife for a total of 9 nights. The apartment was perfect for me - the bed was also super comfortable. I overlooked the fact that there is no TV - but it was not a problem for me :) I 100% recommend this place!

Very clean place and great location (5 minutes walk to the metro station and 5 minutes drive to Kaufland). The host was very responsive and very helpful. We highly recommend this place.

There were no problems checking in or out; The area is very rural but somewhat larger towns are very close by; For us, it was very suitable and we would definitely book it again if we want to go back to Rothenburg. Best regards to the hosts Diana, Meg and Friedrich

Johannes greeted us personally and showed us everything. The apartment is as described and seen in the photos. It is very spacious, we had plenty of space. Location is quiet in a residential area. Parking is free right outside the front door. Johannes provided us with good tips on restaurants and public transport connections. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We were a group of 11 people with a dog. Upon arrival, we were amazed by the really super beautiful house. There is more than enough space for everyone. Also to be able to get away from it all. Everything is very stylish and thoughtfully decorated. It was clean and the amenities as described in the listing. In the house, there is a folder with various tips and contact points in the area. There was no question left unanswered. We were all very comfortable. My personal highlights were the yoga room and the sauna. A dream :) Thank you for this great place to stay. We were in the witch's cottage over the Pentecost weekend. The house is very lovingly renovated and furnished. We immediately felt at home. Thanks to the tranquility and beautiful surroundings, we recovered wonderfully. We will be happy to come back!

an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, the best one we've ever stayed at :) it was perfect. impeccably clean, fresh smelling bedding and towels. comfortable bed. lovely furniture, modern barn style house with absolutely everything we needed. stunning little garden area surrounded by beautiful views and birds singing. honestly I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place. if I could pick it up and take it with me for the rest of my travels I surely would. We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

Wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend and will be back on our trip to Germany.

The apartment was exactly as described: modern, very clean and well equipped. The location is quiet and ideal for families as the Playmobil Funpark is nearby. Only the search for a parking space can take a while or end in a short walk :) The landlady was very friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt completely comfortable - clear recommendation!

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

all went good, excellent location,all necessary and more is inside appartment.i was just little worried about balcony entrance a little bit under renovation having a steeper slope.

Elena's home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Ansbach very much! We would have just a few suggestions to improve the visit for your guests: 1. It would be nice to have a Guest book that might include things like: local restaurants, places to visit, things to do in the area, local gas staions, etc. 2. A simple list of checking-out prpcedures would be helpful, like where to put the dirty linens and towels, garbage disposal, should dirty dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher, turn off refriferator, etc. 3. Some simple instruction in English on how to operate the appliances: stove/oven, washer/dryer, etc. 4. A Guest Registry so you can see who has stayed in the home and some of their immediate comments about their stay.

This place was so cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. I was able to cook several meals in the kitchen, which had everything necessary for that. Also loved being able to do laundry. My kids enjoyed the toys and games.
