We liked apartment 1 of the Punkt XII seminar center very much. Especially the huge common area was top-notch. We did morning exercise there and the kids were able to spread out wonderfully. Together with the large dining table and the balcony, there is more than enough space for everyone. We only used the kitchen once for breakfast, as we had also booked the catering area across the street. There is everything in abundance, both in the kitchen and in the living area. Manfred is a great host who puts a lot of love, passion and energy into building the seminar center, as well as is always responsive and helpful. We had a great time and would be happy to come back. Thanks for the lovely stay :-).

Manuel is a great host. The apartment is very modern, quiet and clean. Not many restaurants around the neighborhood but can easily take the train to the old town. Good spot. He’s very responsive and kind.

A large. clean apartment with everything you need for a nice holiday. Towels are changed in between if needed. The landlords are very thoughtful and kind. We would book the apartment again at any time.

We were lucky enough to spend the Christmas Holiday in this gorgeous vacation home! Jörg was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. The home is exactly like pictured and has everything you need. We were a family of six adults and had plenty of space to move about and feel relaxed. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed linens were extremely comfortable. The drive to Rothenburg was about 15 minutes and easy to navigate. Thank you so much for an a family Christmas we will never forget!!

There were four of us and we had booked the place for a workation. Also great to reach by public transport. The apartment is very nicely decorated and really has everything you need.
