Nice Apartment with garden and fire place

Fully equipped flat. Kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A living room with TV incl. DVD player and pull-out sofa is available. In addition, there are 2 desks in the living room, which can be used as a workplace. A monitor with HDMI connection is also available. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80x2m) incl. bed linen with wardrobe and clothes rail. Shutters for complete darkening are available. Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet incl. towels. A big plus is the large garden incl. campfire place for free use. Wood is available next to it! So nothing stands in the way of an evening campfire with the children with bread on sticks and sausages. In summer, a paddling pool can also be set up. A barbecue and large dining table with 6 chairs are also available in the outdoor area. Most of the time, the table is protected in the wooden hut, but of course it can be brought out if it is not ready in the garden. A private parking space is available directly at the entrance to the property (see pictures). There is also free parking along the road. Within a radius of approx. 20 minutes by car is Dinkelsbühl and Ansbach or Franconian Lake District. Bechhofen is also the starting point for beautiful bike rides. Parking on the street on non residential spaces possible.

The exclusive furnishings with oak parquet give a special feel-good atmosphere. The bathroom is our special pride! The apartment is on the 5th floor, the elevator will take you up. Supermarkets, restaurants... in the immediate vicinity. Tram, subway too. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the center.

The apartment is very central – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The subway station is about 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. The colorful apartment is located in Nuremberg's tourist old town district of St. Sebald. The main market as the central square of Nuremberg can be reached in just 200 m, and the historic Imperial Castle is only 400 m away, just a stone's throw away. The exhibition center and other sights can be reached quickly via the Lorenzkirche underground station. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the castle.

The trade fair and the airport are about 20 minutes away.
