Our two-room apartment is located in a very quiet location, in a detached house with separate access. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach your destination by Bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, want to go for a walk or jog, you will find plenty of nature right at your doorstep.

The journey time to Nuremberg airport is 17 minutes by metro and to the exhibition center 12 minutes.

 Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 7min in der Innenstadt.
 Die Haltestelle ist ca. 600m entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Ich vermiete hier ein ruhig gelegenes 2-Zimmer Apartment mit Balkon in einem Mehrfamilienhaus (Hochparterre) gegenüber der Messe Nürnberg. Die Messe, sowie die U-Bahn Station "Messe" erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. Das Apartment wurde komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet.

Quiet and nice area, but very near to Nuremberg Messe (Fair / Exhibition) and close to the highway. You can reach the city center by tram within 17 minutes and if you stay in the tram you are able to drive directly to visit the Nuremberg zoo.
