Andressa is a unique host who has been present for all needs and exceptional attention. She and her family are to be congratulated in the whole process and I highly recommend it, the beach of Maranduba is very tasty and we were going on foot ! For those who have a child and want a very calm and quiet place the Lazaro beach is the place and is approximately 10 km from the apartment.

I spent amazing days at this location, everything absolutely perfect! The apartment and the condominium itself are wonderful but the big difference is the host who was always available giving tips and guiding us. We really felt at home, first because the place has available everything you may need and allied to it the owner who always made us very comfortable, as if she were an acquaintance for a long time. Thank you for your time and we will definitely be back if there is availability!

Simply wonderful! Best Airbnb we've ever been to. A cozy, peaceful place, it seems like a little paradise, a refuge separate from all the rush of our daily life. We only spent a weekend, but we fell in love with the place. We don't regret for a second that we chose it for our honeymoon. Incredible nature, well thought-out and beautiful space, wonderful view, breathtakingly beautiful house, even fragrant blankets. Now we want to see all the other houses, we will definitely come back more often. And another point to highlight is the kindness and flexibility of the hosts. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

In the outdoor area, the pool and jacuzzi are great and next to the barbecue, the house also has a pizza oven. The condominium is of the highest standard, offers an impeccable level of security, as well as a well-equipped gym, Japanese restaurant, medical clinic, mini market, pizzeria, ice cream shop… in short… everything for the comfort and convenience of guests. André was an exemplary host, always quick to respond and very clear in his guidance. In addition, we had the support and recommend hiring D. Ilda during the stay, she was amazing – extremely kind and helpful. We intend to return 👍🏼

The house is very comfortable, it had everything we needed. It was clean and organized. The house is close to the beach, the condominium is great for a walk or a run. We really liked the gourmet area, we even used the pizza oven, in addition to being integrated and we were all close enjoying the pool and barbecue. We hired Sara's service, she and Ana were excellent, they made our days lighter by helping with the food. I recommend hiring them. The owners were great, they gave all the instructions and always responded promptly. All friends liked it and have productive feedback. Thank you Célia.

The condominium is outstanding! Clean, organized, with spaces in the common areas super legal in addition to insurance. Everyone who works in the Tbm condominium was super attentive to us. The host André is mass, responds super fast, proactive in everything we need, and gave excellent recommendations. The place is the beach of maranduba which is not the top among the best but super practice to go and empty.. the house also super easy to access everything. Despite the smell of a closed house, it was clean, organized, with plenty of dishes and electros to use. The air gave a problem and André was super quick to solve but the super ceiling fans gave the message! The house itself is super comfortable, wide but I missed a network there for guests to use, other than that, we have nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay back!
