We had high expectations going into our stay and they were exceeded! The property was beautiful, the hosts were very responsive and helpful and my family didn’t want to leave when our time was up. Thanks so much for such a great place to stay. 😁

We stayed for a weekend in Boone; although our plans for the rail cars fell through (due to the heat and wind) we ended up enjoying a comfortable stay out of the heat at Bodacious Boone Bungalow. Perfect for us!

We had a great stay! The place was so cozy, the decor was so cute, and the whole house was very clean (and the towels smelled amazing!😊) She was a great communicator and had very clear instructions on how to check in and out. Great for a little weekend trip! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay. Jill has a lovely house in walking / bike riding distance to downtown Cedar Rapids and local parks. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth was great to work with and even let us drop off flowers and other items before checking in so we could explore Pella (that should not be in car in 100+ heat). The house was so clean and it was perfect for my nieces bridal shower/ night out. Some of the attendees were hesitant about going to an Airbnb in Pella and they all said they were blown away and would come back! Thanks Elizabeth!!

Abby was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The home was exactly as pictured - a beautiful, well-kept space with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed being right on the lake. A lovely and relaxing stay!

Lots of space and beautiful scenery. We probably caught over 100 fish! We had great nights by the fire with plenty of wood and seating. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were more than comfortable. We loved our stay and enjoyed being outdoors and away from the daily routine living life like it should be! A beautiful place I’ll be talking about for many times to come!

Holly's communication and response prior to our trip ensured we had the information needed to plan for our trip and check-in to the property absolutely hassle free. We were able to go to a local theater production within 10 minutes from the house, that Holly had assured us we would be we happy we had attended, and it so, so, so much more than we expected. We had our grandchildren with us and even with heavy rain and extreme heat warnings, there were tons of games for inside and they had a beautiful property to enjoy right there and then they we able take breaks inside to cool off. We genuinely felt peaceful and relaxed our entire visit. The house is the perfect distance from the road we never heard a sound. I have stayed at a few different Airbnbs and have never had EVERYTHING already in the home we needed other than our groceries. On our ride home, our grandchildren planned an entire second visit and "explained" to us exactly why it is the perfect place to return to.

The Ausadie is a gorgeous building, lovingly curated and maintained. You will enjoy the period furnishings and the witty touches in the decor along with all the sparkling clean, elegant modern conveniences you could want. The garden with its pool and ornamental pond is a beautiful place to wind down at the end of the day. I checked in tired and hungry from my flight and found cold water in the fridge and a little tray of snacks on the kitchen table. The bathroom was pristine and perfect for a refreshing shower or bath, the bed was a haven, and the sitting room was both roomy and cozy. Instructions on how to access and manage the apartment were crystal clear and simple to follow. I did not want for a single thing during my stay (or after, when the host helped me get to the airport). Highly recommended; I am already looking forward to visiting the Ausadie again!

This Airbnb location is perfectly located on the edge of the downtown area. When I travel, I look for the 3 - L's (Location, Location, Location). My girlfriend and I spent the weekend in Boone taking part in many of the railroad activities the town offers. everything that we needed including the grocery in was within walking distance. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed to be self-sustainable while we were there. If I ever make it back to Boone, Iowa I will be sure to look up this place again.

Staying with Susie is now a yearly trip for us. She is an amazing host and you cannot beat the charm of the town. My daughter looks forward to this stay more than any other we take. Can’t recommend staying here enough.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. It’s by the town square, so you can walk to any activity, Smokey Row coffee shop, several restaurants. Very centrally located in town.

Very comfortable stay! The apartment is in a perfect location, with easy access to Ames and Des Moines, and very fairly priced. The space was well appointed and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved staying here! We were in Iowa for a competition and this play provided the comfort needed to prepare for it! I loved that there were pots and pans, and spices! Bigger than expected and easy check in and check out all together.

Angela’s place is beautiful. Clean, cozy, quiet. I only wish I could have stayed longer and fully enjoyed the yard and amenities. Definitely recommend!

Obsessed with the decor. I rented this space for my bridal party to get ready in before my wedding. We loved the space and decor was on theme. Perfect for a bridal party or a chill hangout spot. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for baseball and it was great to be walking distance to so many restaurants and bars, as well as the hotel where teammates were staying.

Crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and once you get in, it’s easier the next time. Had a small hiccup with parking, because of a race that had all the streets around the building closed, but Kyle gave us an alternative suggestion that worked out just fine. Everything was clean and exactly as described and shown. One of the most comfortable bed/pillow combos we’ve had!! Great location and walkable to everything we were in town for.

The view was wonderful and right on the lake. We enjoyed the deck and walking out on the dock. Paxton was responsive and the beds were comfortable!

Great place to stay within walking distance of any need in Lansing. Easy to find and plenty of space for activities. Great owners who are quick to communicate and friendly.

Great place! Stayed for the 70.3 Ironman. Exactly what we needed! Super close to everything we needed to get to. Walked most places, farmers market was right outside the door and breakfast was a short walk, and Ironman village was one block away. So thankful for a private parking spot downtown! Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Instructions to get in were a bit intense but we followed it exactly as laid out and were able to get checked in just fine.
