Stayed for a date weekend. Loved the wine from downstairs. Lots of shops, things to do, and restaurants to eat at close by within walking distance. I would definitely book again

An absolutely perfect location. It is located right on the square so within easy walk of downtown activities and restaurants. So convenient! And the coffee shop right downstairs is the perfect place to sit with a cup, read a book, and watch the activities in the square.

This is the second condo I have stayed at that's listed by Midwest Hospitality and trust me when I say they are worth booking. Their condos are always clean, easy to get into and the descriptions are spot on. They are quick to respond and are very friendly. We will definitely book again with them in a few weeks when we come back to Des Moines.

Great place for exploring downtown Dubuque. One secured parking spot was easy to get in and out of-even with my F150 truck. Best locale for walking to the old town district. Was worried it was going to be loud with being downtown, but you stepped into the place and it was super quiet! I would stay here again!

This was one of the best Airbnb apartments we've stayed in. Immaculate, spacious, had everything we needed plus extras, and the communication was easy and excellent. It was quiet and has a nice balcony too. There's a huge, upscale mall and loads of good restaurants within a five minute drive. We look forward to staying there again.

Very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again. I had to extend my stay and although this unit was not available. Ken had another unit available and even let me put my things in the night before so I didn’t have to lug them around all day.

It was one of the best stays I've had at a short-term rental. We were able to relax, enjoy a ton of space for our party of 3 and be refreshed. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Very quiet and clean place. Bed was quite comfortable. Host Ken at the ready and also checking on us over the 10 days we stayed.

The apartment was perfect for our quick 2 night stay. Everything was very easy to access. Location is great and reserved parking is a plus! Ken was very proactive with communication and tremendously helpful. Would recommend!
