Plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery & brewery- all within walking distance! There is an outdoor patio with seating & table along with a porch for rainy days. Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!

This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Kingston Suites also offers central air and heat for each floor giving you control of your comfort. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There are 3 suites total

This quiet Waukee neighborhood living space includes two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchenette, laundry room, dining space and cozy living room area. Off street parking for one vehicle is available. A private entrance is available from the back deck. Your home away from home features a comfortable king size bed and a full size bed. A smart television is available in the living room and an HDTV is available in one bedroom.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking.
