The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site. The spa inspired bathroom has numerous amenities included.

This elevated second story apartment has an incredible view of the historic downtown square and courthouse. Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

You'll want to be pretty comfortable with each other if more than 2 are staying! There is an outdoor staircase leading to the private second story entrance, endless hot water, and one off-street parking space. Located just 3 blocks from downtown it is an ideal location to take advantage of all things Decorah.

Located on the North side of the Chariton square. Large windows looking towards the courthouse. Light and airy decor. Iron Horse restaurant for lunch or supper along with our friendly Mexican restaurant and The Porch coffee shop, and several more all within walking distance. Dixon Block loft is a historical building renovated into a beautiful 2 bedroom loft apartment. Old historic charm is embedded into the style. Overlooks charming town square. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. We live locally to assist with anything needed. We can't wait for you to enjoy the local small town charm. Many events happen in December, Lighted Christmas Parade. In the summer time, the town square has many concerts.
