Townhome vacation rentals in Iowa

In a panic for a last minute booking and this home had everything I needed accessible from the bus station to the university and bus stops for my departure were in walking distance. Information they provided helped me move around as well to get an idea of the area since was my first time in the area. Check in and check out we’re a piece of pie, love that I had keyless entry. Instructions for check out were sent timely and with great detail. The privacy and convenience of feeling safe while traveling alone made it worth every penny!

Excellent and thoughtful hosts. Loved the local coffee beans available in the morning, and recommendations. Clean and tidy, and games available to play. Beautiful interior. Very walkable area!

Our stay was awesome!! The place was clean, beds are comfy. The bottom bunk would be a tight squeeze for an adult but the kids slept great! We did have a couple things pop up during our stay that we needed help with. We messaged and got responses and solutions very quickly, even with us staying over the holidays. Highly recommend!

Like much of downtown Dubuque, this home is an old brick townhouse. Plenty of space, lots of bathrooms and clean. Floors are a bit squeaky but that’s what one would expect in an old home with wood floors. A great place to meet up and spend time with friends as there are many bars, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping within easy walking distance.

Great place! Was in town for a pool tournament and this fit the needs of my team perfectly. Especially loved that both bedrooms had private bathrooms. Very clean and quiet.

I had the honor of staying in this lovely home while I was working in Burlington for a few months. I LOVED it there! The space is beautiful, cozy and very spacious. It was so easy for me a small town girl to feel at home! It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood and that’s important for me because I’m a female that often travels alone. Derek was great! Awesome host! Very accommodating. Any questions I had, they were on it in no time. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation!

Great rental! Easy walking distance to coffee shops, cafes, lots of things. Our family of 4 stayed and it was plenty of space, probably more than we needed. Great hot tub and everything was exactly as described. We would stay again!

Great spot in Des Moines. All new and super clean. comfortable and great layout including the expansive back balcony with great views of downtown. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

I stayed here with my wife, her dad, and our baby. I felt safe leaving my wife and baby to work a late-night job with her dad. It’s in a safe neighborhood, and it’s close to downtown and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Angela was a great host and very responsive! She even checked in on me when there was a storm coming through to make sure I was okay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill's townhome. Bill was readily available to help with our planning and made us feel right at home. He even helped my brother secure another unit at the last minute when his reservations fell through. Bill's home was extremely clean, well located for our time at the lake, and the bed was so comfy! We really appreciated all of Bill's help and hospitality during our family reunion weekend at Lake Panorama and we look forward to staying there again!

Great stay for quick visit to area to tour Cedar Ridge Distillery. Convenient location, close to Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. Very clean, comfortable and perfect for our group of 6 adults. 3 1/2 baths was especially nice. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Great location next to Mosquito park, with a beautiful view of the Mississippi river. The house definitely had grandma vibes and it was clean and cozy. Plenty of bedroom space, and lots of windows. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. We had a great stay!
