Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Folly Beach

This home is beautiful and well appointed. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We especially loved the pool for our grandchildren. It was the highlight of their visit- of course, the beach was a very close second! For the parents, they have a sliding mesh barrier to keep the little ones on the deck- very much a necessity. The beds were all comfortable and the seating area was really nice too. The dining room table was very large and we could all sit together. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware and pots and pans. They also have snap ware to keep leftovers in. There were plenty of towels- bath and beach. There was a nice wagon for the beach, chairs and boogie boards as well as bicycles. All in all quite beautiful- we did feel the price was a bit high. Brandon was a perfect host.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time! The property is so peaceful, and you’re only a short walk or drive from the beach and pools. Tyler is amazingly communicative, helpful, and seems to truly want you to have a wonderful experience. Everything is just as it is pictured, including the beach wagon, toys, umbrellas. Our kids are 3 and 7, and they loved watching the wildlife from the deck. We were initially a little worried about the kids navigating the spiral staircase, and when we arrived we found they supply a baby gate that fits all the way around the railing and openings. It really eased our minds. If you like the idea of being submerged in nature by the beach, don’t hesitate to book this rental! We’ll return for sure!

We had an awesome stay at Jayne’s house. The location is terrific and the house is fully stocked with everything you need for a great visit. We enjoyed the pool and pool area every day. She communicated extremely well and had great suggestions on local places to visit and dine. We will definitely return in the future.

An absolute gem! Felt right at home with a fully stocked super clean house equipped for a beach vacation. This makes all the difference when you can't fly with all the beach gear you'd prefer! The location is quiet and peaceful for a good rest on a comfy bed with multiple pool or beach options, plus dining, just a few minutes drive down the road thanks to the included amenity card. Will definitely stay again!

We traveled to Charleston to commemorate a 70th birthday party. The house was beautiful, clean and well supplied. Location was central to all the places that we wanted to visit. The outdoor patio was fantastic, just be aware that you must be indoor by nine pm, which was a bit of a bummer, as we would have loved to enjoy the space and hot tub at night.

This was our first time visiting Folly and we were not disappointed! Alison's home was just what we were looking for, beautiful clean home right in the heart of Folly. We would absolutely recommend this home; amazing location, everything you need inside, decorated so cute and the pool to top everything off! Can't wait to plan our next visit!

Everything was exactly as described and the location was FANTASTIC for traveling with small kids. Tamra & Lisa were great communicators ahead of and during our stay, even welcoming us with wine and cheese. Everything was comfortable and the pack n play & high chair on site were a great bonus. The kitchen is fully, full equipped if you like to do some cooking at “home” like we do. There are some fragile items at curious tot level but the living areas are child friendly. Absolutely recommend these hosts and this stay!

Great house with plenty of space, a screened in porch that we used often. Nice kitchen allowed for meals at home. Very good location with only a few minute walk to the beach and a 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Melissa was thorough with her instructions and thoughtful with her recommendations.

They had everything we could ever ask for. The place was perfect and had just about everything you need for a longer stay. Will definitely be back every time we come to Folly.

A nice, convenient stay with a beautiful private back yard. We were there for a wedding at the Island House which is 11 minutes away. There was plenty of room for our crew that included toddlers. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at casita amore and recommended it to several family members. The property was absolutely stunning and well kept day to day. The location was perfectly placed with so much to do surrounding. We felt right at home. The hosts were amazing and so responsive, welcoming, and loved of dogs which made our entire trip. The only downside was we didn’t spend much time out back as the bugs ate us alive, however the hosts were kind enough to provide bug spray throughout the property!! They provided everything for us that we needed, and could want up to sunscreen, hair dryer, laundry soap and extra necessities like toilet paper and paper towels. This is a MUST BOOK Airbnb!! Thank you so much hosts!

It was really clean and smelled nice. he also provided a lot of towels which was nice. everything worked how expected and the property is beautiful.

Finding this place was a blessing. Normally one day expects issues or surprises, BUT from driving into the driveway, to going up the steps and into the house, we were all WOWED! This place was clean, well stocked for everyday use and Peaceful. We were in the area for a memorial service and staying at this location and place, made a bad situation, so much better. We cannot Thank Alex enough for such a great place. Chuck

Jeramy was a great host! The home was immaculate. The garage had room to park in and was just what we needed for extra storage like beach items. The bikes are a lovely amenity, and the kids loved biking the neighborhood, which was quiet and very safe. There was an issue with the dryer apparently noted by the previous guest. Jeramy called to notify me and ask permission to fix the issue the day after we arrived. I was grateful for not only his being proactive in fixing this issue, but he was very polite in offering solutions so as to not interrupt our stay. He even offered suggestions for restaurants and outings if we needed. When any issues arose, he was very courteous and respectful and always responsive, which not all hosts can be credited for. We would definitely recommend staying, but note: the beach is closer to a 45 min to hour drive away. We never minded because of what we got to come “home” to. 😃 the pillows/beds are the best of any vacation home I’ve ever stayed in! ❤️

We had such a great stay at the Shark Tooth Shanty! The home was decorated so beautifully and uniquely, every little detail added to the charm. Kerrie was very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet just a short drive to downtown Charleston, beaches, and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

We loved our stay at this lovely little home in Isle of Palms! An easy walk to the beach and lots of beach gear provided! Our family of five felt like we had adequate space. Lots of towels, dish soap, etc. Beautiful neighborhood. Calvin was lightning fast with his communication. Only thing we wish was different was how creaky the bed in the master bedroom was, LOL.

We were 3 couples, long time friends, getting together from different parts of the country. David's place was perfect, the history, restaurants and sights were all abound in the area.

This was the perfect rental for our vacation. We love to stay on the surrounding islands when visiting the Charleston area and this listing on John’s Island was perfect. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee in the lovely backyard before venturing out to Folly Beach. It is about a 20-25 minute drive to Folly and downtown Charleston. That was not a problem for us, as we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet that this beautiful rental offered. We’d be hard pressed to choose another home when visiting Charleston. This has been our favorite home in the area by far.

We loved our stay here. The decor in the house is so fun, and the property is just absolutely gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a delightful experience. We visit Folly often and have stayed in many Airbnbs. We LOVED being here! Can’t wait to come back! If you are looking for a bit of beach privacy, and bring your dogs… this is the perfect place. I loved every moment in and around the property. Such a fun house and location. William was so kind and helpful. So grateful for the experience.

Beautiful place, matched the photos and was relatively close to everything we wanted. It was very clean and felt at home. The bathroom was beautiful and was a pretty private place and a nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here if you want a nice quiet space and a relaxing stay.
