Beach house vacation rentals in Folly Beach

Had a great spring break and the house is perfect! Will definitely stay again!!

My friends and I came up to Mount Pleasant for a girl's trip and loved staying here! It was a super easy walk to the beach which was so nice. I accidentally left some clothes in one of the dresser drawers and the host was super kind in mailing my stuff back to me right away which I so appreciated. Overall great stay!

We absolutely loved Maryellen’s home! The pier, restaurants and shopping are walking distance. More amenities than what’s listed. The home is pristine and just like the photos. It felt like we were the first ones to ever stay there! We had gorgeous weather so we spent most of our time outside, but the home is the kind of place where you wish for a rainy day, to be forced to enjoy and relax at home. Would most certainly stay again :)

Value was great. Home was even nicer in person than in the pictures which was a welcome surprise! They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Full dishes, pots and pans, AND kids dishes. Comfortable beds, amazing front/back porches, and a short walk to the beach. House was spotless upon check-in and communication was great - always proactive, and also quick to answer texts with quality information when we had questions about the area! Tons of beach stuff for the whole family was provided, books and toys for the little ones, as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great service from AvantStay. Can't wait to get back down there!

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's place. The location, at the far side of the island near the Morris Island lighthouse, was so nice. You could could get away from some of the craziness of the main stretch of Folly but it was a quick drive to get to all the restaurants. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and our kids really enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. One of our best beach trips ever.

This Isle of Palms property was exactly what we were hoping for! The location couldn't be better - literally steps from the beach with gorgeous views and close to some great restaurants. The home was incredibly comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sarah was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to departure. We also appreciated several personalized touches for our stay. Being able to walk straight onto the beach made our vacation truly special. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway on Isle of Palms! We hope to return back someday.

Great house, close to beach which makes it easy with kids and dog friendly which was perfect with this being our dogs first trip to the beach.

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The pool and hot tub is amazing. We loved the garage and playing ping pong. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. The living area and front room are beautiful. Kristin and Bob put a lot of thought on the details and made the home feel welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to the beach access and only being 8 blocks from the pier. The restaurants are amazing, Catch 23 was a fav. Don’t forget to go by McKelvin’s Surf Shop! Folly Beach is beautiful and peaceful, we would love to stay again in the home. Kristin was great communicating with me and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. Walking to the beach was easy & close. We all loved our time in the pool. We rented a golf cart & that was more fun & functional than a rental car. John was easy to communicate with. I appreciate his flexibility with our requests.

This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Kevin’s place was great for our family vacation! It was the perfect location, short walk to the beach, short walk to coffee, shopping, and more. We had a small issue with the grill and Kevin was extremely responsive and it was fixed right away. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for a two week stay for our family of 5 adults, one 2 year old and a 13 year old chocolate lab. House and amenities were great, communication excellent, Kiawah Island picture perfect. Convenient to beach, shopping, neighborhood walks, Night Heron Park and the bike trails. All in all, a great house!

Lovely house with a Wel-equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms. Robert had clear instructions and the property was easy to access. The house was located near Shem Creek and there were several coffee shops and restaurants within a 0.25 to 0.5 mile walking distance.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Old Village! The location was perfect and the house was set on a lovely lot with fenced back yard. Brandon was extremely responsive to any questions or problems that we had. He always got immediately back to us. We had a great stay in his home.

Perfect size for the traveling trips girls trip! Quiet neighborhood, easy access to beach and downtown Folly. Joshua was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely rent again from him on another trip.

This home is awesome! Plenty of room, comfy beds, getting to the top floor for the 3rd bedroom may be difficult for older or younger guests, but our kids managed fine! Great location - so much to do - will be back and hopefully stay here!

Pura Vida was great for us! I was traveling with two teenaged grandchildren and two of their friends, and my two year old grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have some space to themselves. Lots of options for everyone to do! Unfortunately (or fortunately) we never figured out how to use the tv effectively or the DVD player, but honestly, I think that was for the best! It’s a nice walk to the beach, and you can hear the ocean while hanging out in the yard or on the porch.

Lovely clean place, perfect location. Really enjoyed walking everywhere on Folly. Was planning on bringing my dog but once I booked, it said 1 dog <25 lb (I might have missed this detail on the listing?). No response to messages for days. Received clear automated? check-in instructions about 48 hr out.

We enjoyed our spring break stay exploring Charleston and Folly Beach on a road trip from Boston! The two dogs felt right at home here. We loved the secured front and backyards with two porches to lounge on (although the pickleball noise did bother one of our pups on the front porch). This house was <5 mins walk to the beach access point, great for sunrise or trips to and from the beach during the day, but a little far to walk to the downtown - there is a golf cart you can rent! It was clean and clutter free - you would have no idea other dogs had been here before! We wouldn't hesitate to book another stay here on a future trip to Charleston and will be recommending this spot to all of our human and dog traveling friends :)

Great stay over the Christmas holiday! House was beautiful very comfortable had everything we needed for holiday. Well stocked kitchen and dining room for hosting holiday meals.great yard and outdoor space. Hosts was very responsive. Made sure we had a great holiday. We will be back for holidays again!
