House vacation rentals in Folly Beach

We had a fabulous stay in Charleston celebrating our anniversary with friends and family. The place was clean and smelled great. The pool was a great way to spend time in the sun and relax after a delicious meal in downtown. We enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to return.

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

Had a great stay here. Joseph messaged full instructions for check out and check in well in advance which made it super easy. Couch was very comfortable and very large so it was a great place to sleep if you have 5 people. Backyard and patio was beautiful. Was walkable to riverfront park (if you’re up for a longer walk) and park circle restaurants. Overall great location, great place, great host. No complaints

The house was perfect for a two week stay for our family of 5 adults, one 2 year old and a 13 year old chocolate lab. House and amenities were great, communication excellent, Kiawah Island picture perfect. Convenient to beach, shopping, neighborhood walks, Night Heron Park and the bike trails. All in all, a great house!

The house was exactly what we needed for two families staying together with a teen and a toddler. The activities in the house were fun and then the pool outside allowed something for everyone. Steve was a great host and communicated with us quickly! We would stay here again if we were looking for a great place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

We loved this house so much. We have three kids and it was absolutely perfect. The house was perfectly decorated with a bohemian chic vibe, the kids room was perfect! The owner is an amazing ceramic artist and we loved her pottery and her beautiful curation of art everywhere. The house was perfectly located in a prime spot that made it easy to explore all areas of Charleston and nearby beaches. We are excited to continue to work on moving to this area and hope to use this home again while we make the move.

We had an amazing week with our three adult kids and their significant others! The home was beautiful! Comfy, clean, crisp ... everything we had hoped for and more! We were able to relax (plenty of comfortable space) and come together and enjoy our time together making meals, playing games, and watching movies. The location was excellent. Close to beach and town, yet quiet and private nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Many memories were made with the family. We have already passed along our experince to interested friends and hope to have our family return again in the future.

We had a great week long stay at Brooke’s place in Park Circle!! The workspace was great when I needed to get some work done. My husband loved the walk ability/run ability of the neighborhood. Park circle very close for restaurants, bars, etc. Downtown was a quick trip down the hwy. Sullivan’s beach 25 min away - great area and restaurants. Folley js about 35-40 but worth it!! House was clean; beds were comfy! Would def recommend and stay again. Brooke was very responsive and also brought beach chairs within minutes of asking where they were! Thanks for everything !!

We had a great stay at Daniel place. Everything was in order and it allowed to have an awesome weekend for the Cooper River Bridge Run.

This is the perfect Airbnb for a girls trip! Julie was super responsive and accommodating! We were getting in earlier than check in time and she was willing to work with us to drop our stuff off so we didn’t have to walk around with our luggage. Luckily we didn’t need to because she made an early check in possible for us! The location is extremely walkable and the house had everything you could possibly need for a vacation to Charleston. Our group has an amazing time! Would highly recommend!

This place was great for a young family!! Especially for families with school aged children. Not only did the home provide a clean, safe, and spacious environment. It had activities in the home to engage all family members, not to mention one of the greatest playgrounds we have ever encountered located just across the street. The host was gracious and very responsive. We were very satisfied with our choice. Five stars across the board!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

Chen’s house was a good option for us as it was only 5 minutes away from the Summey Medical Pavilion. The house is renovated and the neighborhood is in an up and coming area of Charleston. The only downside was there are no blinds and the curtains are very thin. If you need a dark room to sleep, you may need to bring blackout curtains with you. Also, the bathroom in the master bedroom doesn’t have a door just fyi. I didn’t take points off my stay as this is a personal preference. Chen was fast to reply and very friendly. The house has lots of toys for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Thank you Chen.

Lovely place. Well laid out and comfortable. Large master bedroom & bathroom and it was wonderful having the xtra half bathroom. We liked the raised (two steps up) living & kitchen area and balcony windows, which we often left open. The home is tastefully decorated to match the beautiful brick walls, classic wood trim and gorgeous southern yellow pine floors. Fitting place to stay in charming Charleston Very peaceful dwelling. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a Bachelorette trip and it was perfect! The house was so beautiful, the furniture was so comfortable, and the sun room was everything! Everyone from my party fell in love with this house and we would all absolutely stay here again!!

This home felt cozy and peaceful. We felt right at home. We loved the private fenced in back yard for our dog. Also, we enjoyed the huge jacuzzi each evening. The place was really clean and provided lots of amenities. There is a huge inclusive park nearby if you have kids. So fun!! We loved staying here and will stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The pool and hot tub is amazing. We loved the garage and playing ping pong. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. The living area and front room are beautiful. Kristin and Bob put a lot of thought on the details and made the home feel welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to the beach access and only being 8 blocks from the pier. The restaurants are amazing, Catch 23 was a fav. Don’t forget to go by McKelvin’s Surf Shop! Folly Beach is beautiful and peaceful, we would love to stay again in the home. Kristin was great communicating with me and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

Frank was a great host for our small group of mom’s. We enjoyed the space, sipping coffee and wine on the balcony. The place was near the King Street action but far enough to not be right in the mix.

Beautiful home right on the marsh provided a great space to gather with family. Back deck was an amazing place to hang out and close to everything@

We were so happy with our stay at Travis's place. Travis was proactive and responsive, friendly and flexible when our plans changed a week ahead of our booking. Linens were plentiful and comfortable, great furnishings, everything we needed. We loved hanging out in the fenced yard with our dogs and had complete privacy on the porch and in the hot tub. Super Nintendo was an unexpected perk! Easy parking, walkable to an awesome park and great restaurants. Would love to stay again!!

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's place. The location, at the far side of the island near the Morris Island lighthouse, was so nice. You could could get away from some of the craziness of the main stretch of Folly but it was a quick drive to get to all the restaurants. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and our kids really enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. One of our best beach trips ever.

We stayed here for a dance competition at the convention center. We had plenty of space for two families plus all of the dance baggage. There are plenty of supplies in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Would definitely book this place again
