Vacation rentals with beach access in Folly Beach

Daphne’s Villa is extremely clean, comfortable, updated/modernized, and peaceful. The boardwalk to the beach is so close. We hope it is available again next year to book, no need to look elsewhere!

We loved everything about this place! The view was spectacular and the location is great for beach and restaurant access. Definitely would stay again!

The unit was exactly as the pictures. Well appointed. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and a deck with a million dollar view. Would definitely stay again in this unit.

My sister, our friend and I stayed at Jills air bnb for four days! Our stay was everything we wanted and more! First, Jills responsiveness and flexibility was 10/10! We had an early flight into Charleston and a late flight out. Jill was flexible and responsive when we inquired about an early/late check in/out. Second, the air bnb was adorable! We had our own private entrance and the bathroom was a perfect space to get ready in with your friends! There was plenty of space in the air bnb but we did not feel overwhelmed! Third, Jill herself was a kind and personable host! We also had the pleasure of meeting her son, who was just as kind! Jill and her family were very welcoming and provided us with recommendations for local activities. We would stay with Jill again in a heartbeat!

Alex and Karen were wonderful hosts! Very responsive, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. They even provide a list of recommended restaurants in the area. Old village in Mount Pleasant is a great central place to stay. Close to beaches and also close to downtown Charleston. Would stay again!

Amazing bnb just steps to the beach. We went to burts, a 24 hour market before the beach and stocked up on snacks and drinks and walked straight into the beach every day. It was 20 mins from downtown Charleston where we were able to do several tours and museums during the day, And then come back to the bnb and relax at the beach or many restaurants in walking distance to the bnb. Entering the apartment was super easy and the check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We had an awesome stay and hope we find ourselves in folly beach again soon.

I loved everything about this beautiful property, they have everything that you need , it’s very kid friendly, looks just like the pictures and I love that this house is rooted in God !

This place was perfect for what we wanted when booking - we even arrived a tad early the day of our check in and Omar was able to accommodate which we truly appreciated! Being next door to Bert’s was also a huge plus - they have everything you need and then some in a grocery store - we would definitely stay here again, thx for having us!

This property is worth every dollar spent. Our family vacation here will always stay secure in our memories as one of our best experiences. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere enhanced our time together and we all felt thankful to share the moments here. Truly a first- class property and experience that we will consider renting again in the future.

Wonderful stay on Edisto island. Beautiful house in a peaceful setting. We really liked the quiet area the house was in. We enjoyed time on the screened porch. All the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Would recommend this house for a restful stay at Edisto!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

This was our second stay at Maryellen’s place and it proved to be another great week. The home has all that you need to enjoy folly to the max. We hope to be back again soon.

First time on the coast of SC & we absolutely love Folly Beach! Emily had great recommendations & was super helpful. The house was cozy & was super close to the beach! The house had almost everything we needed including beach equipment. The beach itself was peaceful & was a short drive to downtown Folly where delicious restaurant & shops were located. Would definitely stay at Emily’s again!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Location offered easy access to beach. Would highly recommend to anyone who can use steps/stairs. Left Ipad behind. Waiting from response from David.

Absolutely loved staying here! Was only 15 mins from Folly Beach and 15 mins from downtown Charleston. Traffic was never too bad. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean and had everything our family needed - even had a nice beach wagon that saved my husband on our beach days! Would definitely stay again when we’re able to make it back down to Charleston.

Sam contacted me before the trip and let me know the place would be available for early check in. this made our day as it was the only sunny day and we could get right to unpacking and walking over to the beach.

Jeffs place is a lovely cozy condo . Great for us, a couple, to stay in. It was very clean and has most everything we needed. Jeff is a very nice and responsive host . We were not expecting to be in such a public area but, we could walk to beach and that was great !

Such a great spot, perfect for our babymoon getaway! Absolutely beautiful location, the beach is quite literally right in your backyard. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful area. Very easy walk (0.3 ish miles) to coffee/breakfast in the morning at The Nest. We enjoyed the Ocean Room and Hege’s both for fantastic dinners. Freshfields shopping is also an easy drive for shops, groceries, and lunch spots. Ron was a wonderful host - we’d love to return!

We loved staying at Hiroko’s BnB! She was super responsive the entire time we were there. Great room and location. Comprehensive manual before we arrived so we knew exactly what to expect. Everything was fantastic.

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Captain's Quarters! Barbie instantly makes you feel welcome - from the detailed instructions on finding the villa, restaurant recommendations, quick responses on anything and everything to the clean and comfortable accommodations in the villa! The location of the villa is amazing! So quiet and private with quick beach access. We loved the outdoor sunroom area which overlooks the pond - the nature sounds and wildlife views were spectacular! The beach here is pristine too and was never busy, we felt like we had it all to ourselves! Overall 10/10!! We would definitely visit again!

We stayed here for my graduation weekend and absolutely loved it. The place was super cute, very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, close to Folly Beach but still peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome. It was the perfect spot to celebrate with my family. Highly recommend!

Oscar was always responsive. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Location is handy- right off main road into Folly beach.

It was clean and we liked the house and the island, the pool and beach were great too. Be sure to order your amenity card at least two weeks before check in if you would like to swim or use other amenities the first day you check in, otherwise you may not be able to get the amenity card right away.
