Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

This place is perfect! Location is great- less then 5 mins walk to a very nice free beach and a few more minutes to restaurants and pizzeria. The house is located in a quite street with private covered parking space. The villa itself is very well equipped, you will find everything you need in it. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and well prepared. I very much liked how the house was decorated. Also beautiful garden which we absolutely loved! We enjoyed meals outside watching a friendly blackbird :) Ilaria is a great host, answering any questions immediately. She also offered help when our car broke - she was very kind and helpful! We had a great time and we recommend this place 100%.

We stayed in Sofia's apartment on the occasion of the April 25th holiday. Easy and clear check-in operations, through precise instructions and flexible hours as self check-in. The location is convenient both for walking on the promenade and beach side, and for traveling to the city center; once you have parked the car and purchased a parking permit, you do not need to use it until the end. The apartment looks like the photos/description. One point in its favor is the terrace on the top floor, very beautiful and panoramic.

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

The location is special, it reserves a unique view and exceptional livability... you live total privacy immersed in the smells, sounds and colors of the sea!!!

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

The property has a unique location, on a cliff overlooking the sea. It was a really nice stay, surrounded by peace, quiet and the noise of the sea. The house is definitely not suitable for everyone (there is a path with steps to walk and inside it does not take the phone) but everything is clearly specified in the description. Perfect for those looking for peace of mind and contact with the sea

Good communication between us and the host……some mechanical issues with the pool and window shades which couldn’t be resolved. Otherwise it was very nice.

We loved our stay in Monicas house. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids enjoying one week of holiday. The house is big and did not feel crowded at all. The first days we were just amazed over how fantastic the old building was with its beautiful stone floors, high ceilings and windows. The garden is very large and private with a nice pool. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the house with serveral restaurants close by. Can recommend this house to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Very nice mobile house at a camping. The house small bu well arranged so we had a feeling of comfort (maybe a bit too small for 4 adults with lots of luggage, but we managed to unpack necessary things to small wardrobes). The kitchen well equipped (maybe lack of electric kettle was a little problem, but we used a pot to boil water). The bathroom with toilet and bidet, what was nice and water heater close to the bathroom, so it was easy to get warm shower. Very nice camping with helpful staff (besides Italian, we spoke English and German an it was easy to communicate). Very good swimming pool, bar, restaurant, well supplied shops (one with food and one with accessories that you may need during your stay). Less than 1km from the beach through the pine wood. Lots of restaurants at the village (some closed in may). We recommend Jolly Beach and more expensive but good fish restaurant Forte 74. For a shopping there's a Conad at the village centre.

Despite terrible weather, a nice time by the sea. Giulia was a very friendly and eager hostess. The location on the beach is sensational.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The host Claudia speaks German and even offered to pick us up from Viareggio train station, as we only arrived late in the evening. The location of the apartment is ideal, very quiet, a shopping store around the corner, the beach is about 20 minutes' walk. The apartment is large, clean, has plenty of sunlight and is nicely decorated and has all the necessary items. Everything worked perfectly and therefore there were no problems. We loved staying at this apartment and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

Everything is great! Particularly noteworthy: * Answers to questions via Airbnb chat typically came within minutes. * There was plenty of dishes and cutlery there, so not like so often, 4 plates, 3 cups and 2 wine glasses, but plenty of everything so that you could fill the dishwasher. * Absolutely quiet area in a neighborhood with very large plots (partially undeveloped) and many pine trees, less than a km from the (free) beach.

Very kind host, He joined us on arrival despite the fact that there was no need, warm welcome and very helpful with our requests. What can I say! Great place, great climate, great food! Vacation to do again! Thanks!!

The accommodation is especially recommended for couples. There were restaurants nearby and right around the corner is a cafe. The path to the beach is not even one minute. Parking is also always nearby. Communication with Asia was always good. She's a very nice person. The place was exactly as described. There is a big, cozy bed with a(!) Mattress, which is important to us. In addition, some small things were prepared for eating and drinking, which is very easier, especially after the long trip, as you don't have to shop directly. All in all a great place to stay that we highly recommend.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

We had a great time at this place for two reasons: the location in a quiet neighborhood and the ease with which you can reach a supermarket, pizzeria and other places you need.

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The host is very nice. I can respond to any questions in a timely manner. I can see that the😁 host is very clean. The kitchen is very clean. It is very comfortable to sit in the yard and sun. Unfortunately, we don't have much time.It was a little dark and quiet at night, a little bit more people, and the lights in the house were a little dark, but it didn't make a big difference, still cozy!
