A fantastic view of the Watzmann and Hochkalter will make you forget the time from the start. The cozy attic apartment with a south-facing balcony has been lovingly furnished. In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views. My place is great for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Welcome to Schloss Rauchenbichl in the heart of Salzburg city. Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic farmhouse at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is only a leisurely walk from the city center. The Rauchbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own baroque garden, which was first mentioned in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
