Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Hello and welcome to Alpegg Chalets! In 2016, we, Cornelia and Roland, fulfilled our dream in Cornelias hometown of Waidring, specifically in the quaint district of Alpegg. With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Our motto is to arrive, feel at home, and experience nature, and we look forward to welcoming you to our chalets!

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is located in the middle of the recreational area of the city of Salzburg and is surrounded by several small lakes (including a free swimming lake). Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Stylish 115 m² attic apartment with stunning lake views

50 m from the lake shore is the "Sonnengütl," a converted old farmhouse, surrounded by a beautiful garden, facing south and the lake, located in Wengl, a quiet and very sunny location in St.Gilgen. The attic of this private house has been converted into a very special, large 115 m² apartment, with a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the covered balcony, topped by a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.

You can reach the Jennerbahn in about 5 minutes on foot. The same for public transport.

New, cozy, very bright and open attic apartment near the lake. Separate entrance, kitchen, bedroom and balcony. Lake Wolfgang is within walking distance in just 5 minutes (Abersee Naturbadestrand). The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Salzburg and Hallstatt are reachable in 40min each by car.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

GOOD TO KNOW Something to be aware of? Lake Fuschl is the cleanest and clearest lake in Salzburg and the Salzkammergut region. To keep it this way, motorboat traffic is prohibited. What is the meaning behind the studios’ names? In appreciation of the Brunnwirt’s more than 500-year history, each studio bears the surnames of the previous owners and lists the respective century.
